  • thepunisher- I agree with you. There's a-lot of women who abuse their husbands, it just isn't reported as often. My brother-in-law's wife is an aggressive woman and has been verbally and physically abusive to my brother-in-law for going on 15 years now. He never abused her.

  • I feel that the lady who found it is entitled to the money but I also feel that the convenience store or lottery office (whoever is responsible for the machines failure) should have to pay the original purchaser. She would not have thrown away the ticket had she know it was a winner.

  • I think that all the time when I see huge lottery winners on t.v. There is no way anybody besides my immediate relatives would know that I won. I would move and be very selective about who I told.

  • I'am generally not one for "conspiracy theories" so to speak, but I really think that this is a scam with the convenience store. They probably assumed that the original owner would never know since she thought it was a looser. I find it odd that people are taking Trash lady's side.

  • Myself, my husband and our two children were in a horrific accident several years ago. We were sideswiped by a semi, bounced off the median and went over a cliff. The semi kept going as if he didn't notice (maybe he didn't) it is by the grace of god we are all alive.

  • The writer of this article is seriously out of touch. Maybe I missed something what exactly are they considering an "entry level job" I don't know anyone just out of high-school that makes $15.00 per hour. I'm in upper management at my company and I make $17.50 per hour.

  • I think their are living things in our Oceans that humans will probably never find that would absolutely boggle the mind. Prehistoric fish are found all the time. Sea creatures have evolved and adapted to life underwater for thousands of years.
